I’ve been creating professionally since 2012. My creative journey began in illustration and music, where I was booked for live art events and designed album covers for artists across the country. That early work shaped how I think about storytelling, visual identity, and capturing attention — skills that still guide my work today.
While filmmaking had always been an interest, it wasn’t until I started producing promotional videos for my own music that video became more than a creative outlet. Through experimenting with animation, short-form skits, and launching an online magazine, I began to understand how visual content could influence perception, engagement, and behavior. That learning curve led to my first paid music video — and ultimately, to building a career around film.
Since then, I’ve fully committed to filmmaking and creative strategy. I’ve produced and directed over 50 music videos, worked with restaurants, brands, business owners, and completed two short films. Over time, my work evolved beyond production alone and into performance — creating video content designed not just to look good, but to drive real outcomes.
Today, Rolby Films operates as a founder-led filmmaking and performance marketing agency. We specialize in video-first paid advertising, combining cinematic storytelling with strategy, creative testing, and ongoing optimization. From concept and filming to campaign management and reporting, we partner with businesses that want consistent, measurable growth — not just content for content’s sake.
What keeps me invested in this work is the process itself. From shaping an idea and planning a shoot to refining the final edit and seeing how creative performs in the real world, filmmaking remains both the craft and the engine behind everything we do.
